I'd just like to commend JJ Vickers, the British distributor for Bausch & Lomb and Bushnell for some great service I recieved from them.

I had cause to send a warranty item back to them on Friday of last week.

They phoned me today to say that a new one will be dispatched to me this week.

You are one Lucky 'MOTHER' I sent them an NV monocular, BUSTED, for repair, back in October 2002. It came back, replaced by a new one on the 30 - 04 - 2003.That's 6 MONTHS?. Swapped it with ZIPLOB about 5 weeks ago, the carriers BUSTED it and he and I BOTH have been trying ever since to obtain details for an insurance claim from Vickers. To date I've received one phone call, 3 weeks ago from their Secretary and NOTHING else since. Vikers are reliable? FAT B****Y CHANCE!
