Theoben rapid mk11-shots,how many?

Ive been wondering if its worth geting rid of my mk1 rapid and upgrading to a mk11.How many more shots will i get from a fill,at the moment i am geting 260 shots thats with a 180 br fillup.I know you can fill the mk11 to a higher presure because of the regulater.This is in .22.i know they claim 500 odd shots but i meen in real terms.

I know the truths out there some were <img src="http://jsramsbottom.co.uk/bbs/e/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="Big Grin" width="15" height="15"><!--graemlin::D--> who is it who did a full shot test on the crono and had all the figuers.

I think it varies from rifle to rifle but you should definitely be getting over 400 on the Mk2.

well in real terms these are the typical results,from 7 guns i have chrono tested with A/A field pellets 15.90 grn/.418 shots between 579 fps 11.83 ftlb down to 558 fps 10.99 ftlb,thats giving an extream spread of 21 fps,the first 404 shots gave 579 fps 11.83 ftlb down to 564 fps 11.23 ftlb thats only 15 fps extream spread,very good me thinks.but after the 418 shots power started to drop of fast,by shot 432 it was giving 543 fps 10.41 ftlb.the fill pressure was 220.8 bar 3200 psi,down to 50 bar 724 psi empty,thats 170.8 bar 2475 psi used for 418 shots,that works out at 0.4086 bar 5.92 psi used per shot,well near anough.i can mail you a full shot spread if you want.
