CADPAT or MARPAT digital camo

Just wondering if anybody has seen CADPAT or MARPAT digital camo in the flesh so to speak, and if it is effective as they make out. I have read that it is more effective than other types of camo by 35% (distance-wise).

Hides the human scent too if enough is used. Very effective.
