A while back I posted about a shoot I acquired through TPC, although I let Guesty have it as he was closer and I already had a couple of shoots local to me.
Well today, again through TPC myself and Jon (Buddyboy) picked up another shoot 2000 acres of Fac cleared, Air rifle only, Crow, Rook, and rabbit shooting, thanks to one of the TPC members.

Well Jon (Buddyboy) and I went for the recce today, and it is not so much a shoot, more of a country estate, A little bit of Sussex not far from Box Hill, with a central drive complete with cattle grids forming a valley between two old broadleaf woodlands, and split in make-up between arable and Dairy pastures giving opertunity to shoot from the car, or walk the fields and woods. Not much to see in the way of sport, but then we did go at mid day.
On our return we called by Sammie's Ranch, for afternoon cocktails and a chance for Jon to zero his gun before tomorrows shoot at Basingstoke. all in a good day, and a fine looking shoot<img src="http://jsramsbottom.co.uk/bbs/e/icon_cool.gif" alt="Cool" width="15" height="15"><!--graemlin::cool:--> <img src="http://jsramsbottom.co.uk/bbs/e/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="Big Grin" width="15" height="15"><!--graemlin::D-->
