Hi. Can a 12ftlb regulated CR94 be easily adjusted to around 16-17ftlb. I live in NZ so no worries with issues re power limit.

I have one, and I don't think so.
Within the std reg setup, you'd be lucky to get 13
Don't know if the reg pressure can be adjusted, but that's what would have to be done to get it any higher I reckon.
