Hi does anybody have a review on this scope? and would it suit a .17 hmr?

Great scopes but not very good at all in low light, mate.
However, if you can get on well with fixed 16x for all of your shooting ( maybe you intend to shoot from a rested position ) then I see no problem.
If it's low light/lamping and shooting from a number of different positions you intend on doing, then I'd look at something else.

I have a 30mm Nikko Stirling Eurohunter for sale that might suit you. See http://www.nikkostirling.com/Content/PlatinumNighteater/Eurohunter.htm
Has a german Post & Cross type reticle and gathers loads of light with 56mm objective so good at dawn/dusk work.
PM me if you are interested
