SEERAD general licences

I pride myself at being good at finding info on the internet. I've just spent an hour and a half trying to track down the current general licences on the SEERAD website and I admit defeat. I know they're on there somewhere but the site seems to lack any structure and the search facility is a joke. Can someone please point me in the right direction*?

*I'm looking for the licences themselves - not consultation documents relating to them.
