Popped into my local gun shop this morning just to get a tin of pellets.

They aren't renowned as the cheapest shop but having got the pellets I had a browse through his second-hand stock, as you do. :D

BSA Ultra Multishot in .177, looking absolutely brand new with not a mark, scratch or scuff anywhere on it. Unlike every other gun there, there was no price label on it so I thought I'd ask. Just out of interest like.

£200 :eek:

Blimey, couldn't say no at that price, well, it would have been rude.

So, a bit of wheeling and dealing with my Cometa 300S later and it is mine!

Then I had to change the pellets cos I got them in .22 for the Cometa .....

May you have a long and very happy relationship :D. I recently bought an Ultra in .177 P/X and payed £190.00 and I love it.

So you need another scope now to fit on this saturday?

Alas I'm taking the other half to see her mum this weekend so no shooting for me :(.

(and it just so happens I had a little 3-9x40 spare so have popped that on the Ultra)

No, amazingly enough it was in Keens.

Is the first .177 I have ever seen turn up there second-hand.
