Chargemaster problems

Just having a play around with new chargemaster and it seems to be throwing 1.5gns over what i put in, does it look like the power supply adaptor or should i get back onto the supplier. it was bought in the uk(sportsman).

Mine can be a bit dodgy if it's not firmly based on all four legs....

I've had it for years ad otherwise can't fault it.

Firmly placed and flat is the way to go otherwise it waivers all over the place.
Mine is spot on, wish I'd got it years ago.
