I was given a EB20 recently that has not been used in 2 years, unfortunately the co2 capsule had been left in it all that time. I could not remove the capsule so had to drill it out, the seal came out too, stuck to the end of the capsule. The seal looks ok but how do i get to the valve assembly to replace it? Thought they were Hex bolts holding the gun together but not sure as i have nothing that seems to fit them. Any ideas??
Cheers

.
Forget which Allen keys EB's use,
expect you've got either the AF or Metric ones,
basically you'll need the other type to fit correctly,
as shown on ébay number 380030095609
I've a set like these, and they seem to fit everything,
either UK or USA made and either new and older models.

In fact pretty much all American guns use them.
I took apart my EB22.
There is a pair of screws at the rear of the gun.
Remove these and the cam plate below.
This allows to see a screw which is part of the pellet loading bolt.
Unscrew this and pull the bolt out.
Undo the screw at the rear of the gun which holds the end cap on.
This allows removal of the hammer spring and hammer.
Then push the valve out of the front of the main tube.
Obviously you have to remove the front screw cap first.
I would recommend buying a new valve seal.
I forget who took over official UK crosman support now AGS are no longer doing this.
Parts like this are always free from them.
They will also offer technical support.

ASI are the official importers now and handle the warranty as well.

A Pal lent me his .177 Model of above, liked it so much I went to the Gun Shop in Stratford and purchased the .20 cal which was on offer at £95.
Iv'e had hours of fun with this superb little pistol, and have to fight to retrieve from my collegues once they get there hands on it.I'm told its about as powerful as you can go with a pistol in the UK?
A solid heavy feel to the gun makes it a joy to hold and a relaxing
brake from all the serious shooting.Hope this is not to boring.
Regards.
