If you have the book, *bravo two zero),turn to the pictures, theres a big guy holding a M16 with grenade launcher, the effect incorperates desert brown, black and even a bit of white. Its not as clinical looking as some of these jobs floating around, but i hazzard a guess its not easy to achieve either. It looks like its achieved by only using the end of the paint stream, and not up to close in a random pattern.

Hi HkG3A3

>Scanned Photo from the book< (http://s22.photobucket.com/albums/b312/PaddyE/info%20pictures/?action=view¤t=BravoTwoZero.jpg)
You kind of answered your own question in your last post:-

What I can add to that is, you can easily 'over' do it with the pattern. You just need to get a 'feel' for it without sounding all arty-farty ;) Get a few colours random spray some close, some far.
Are you planning on doing your G3? As I've done mine like >THIS< (http://s106.photobucket.com/albums/m251/Pad-E/Cammo%20Creations/?action=view¤t=G3wintercamo0041.jpg)
