Skany, the make is K&M.
I have a Hornady neck turning tool with .22, 6mm and .30 cal mandrels which will be for sale in a few days time, cheap!
The K&M is £62, the Hornady new is £55? mine will be £25ish.
The Hornady one does the job nicely but if you asked this question on any shooting forum K&M will come up 99% of the time.

Skany I am using the sinclair one, its not bad, does my job perfect, the results have been real good with it, nice concentric necks with variance well under 0.001, more like 0.0005 being normal, so its a good tool. The only niggle is it can be quite hard to adjust to an exact depth,, its a sort of suck it and see setup and I usually loss a few cases setting it up, I believe the K & M can be fitted with a guage so you can see how much you are changing depth by probably would be a better bet just for that feature alone, I have no experience with k & m stuff other than I own one of there priming tools which I must admit is an absolutley brilliant tool when fitted with the depth guage set up so I would assume the neck turner would be as good. Just remember you will need an expaner mandrel to match your neck turning tool pilot, expand the necks with it first to push all the inconsitances to the outside of the neck so you can cut them out with the tool, also a little imperial wax on a cotton bud wiped around the inside of the neck to aid the pilot turning in the neck, just clean the pilot every few cases. I also put a little wax on the case neck, thinking it might make the cut a wee bit smoother, dont know if it really does or not though.

so lets get this right do you only turn necks if your gun has been built with a tight neck ,?

Or you're a competitive benchrest shooter. If you aim your gun with your hands and shoulder, chances are you'd never be able to detect the difference :D.
