Two jackdaws and one magpie fell in the front of my new detuned .22 BSA Supersport.

It now shoots H&N FTT at 565 fps equal to 11,10 ft/lbs instead of 650 fps and 14,60 ft/lbs in its FAC form.

I have lost a whole lot of power but instead I have gained a much more accurate rifle...

Actually the power of a 11 ft/lbs airgun is awesome against this kind of birds.

Where I live I can get any kind of airgun regardless of power but I still prefare a sub 12 ft/lbs .22 springer for hunting.

The pellet blow straight trough the jackdaw in the middle and he was shot at 35 yards.

The other jackdaw lost his head so I had to fix him up before the pic.

The Magpie was shot at 20 yards but he could still lift and fly around 60 ft up before he started to fall down...

Lot of stamina in that guy concidering his wounds...

Great value for money I reckon...

I get around 1" for 5-shots at 40 yards as 12 ft/lbs.

With full power I can only make 1 1/2" - 2" with 5-shot groups at that distance.

Not as accurate as my 16 ft/lbs calibre .177 TX200 but accurate enough for hunting out to 40 yards in good conditions.
