I think I won an auction on Gun Deals because I remember bidding and someone just sent me a mail asking for the dosh. Unfortunately neither of us seem to know how much it came to and I can't seem to get any sense out of the gun deals forum to ask ????

Has anyone else bought anything there yet? Do they send confirmation? Maybe I just need to wait?

I have, Robin, and Gundeals send an email confirming the successful completion, price and sellers address/Email etc.

The only thing I couldn't remember was the postage so I took a guess....

Mick

If it don't turn up, I guessed low. :(

Maybe I dumped the confirmation when I dumped the spam.

I've asked them for an assist.

same thing happend to me only we could not find out what the postage costs were! seems that once auction has finished it disapears, maybe when they see this they might be able to sort it out.

may be worth checking your deleted mail/read mail.

but i think they do need to address the after sales issue rather than leaving bidders/sellers to sort everything out.

or at least have a section on there so all auctions that have ended can be viewed.

never know might just happen :)

hope you get it sorted

ROB :)

one thing i have found, if you save the page with the auction on you may find you can get back to it after the auction has ended!

that way you go go and check prices any tiome :)

Hi Graham

Nil problemo, the seller knows exactly how much the 410 snap caps were (last of the big spenders) and everything is now fine and dandy.

Is it okay to try and sell the unexploded bomb that nearly got me booted of ? :D

best regards
