Seems Google has a downer on the BASC site - keeps on warning about a dangerous site for reason. Anyone getting the same after Googling it?

Just tried it via google and got the same as you

try google from here and it works no problem

Something like this.......

The company (Google) later announced that the fault had been caused by "human error" when an internal list of harmful sites was updated. A single forward slash (/) was put on the list in place of a full web address, effectively blacklisting every website because all web addresses contain the character.

But it works for me. (Via windows and Google Chrome)
