iv'e heard somewhere of a rowan mag that converts your air arms single shot into a multi shot.in what way do they work and does anyone use one,what are your thoughts on them?

Yes they work, I havnt heard anyone complain about them but the only thing that turned me off was having to manually index the mag.

I have one, and have to say its a very well engineered piece of kit. The manual indexing I don't find a problem. If buying one, I would advise you think carefully as to which hand you wish to use for the indexing. The video on the Rowan website shows a left side mag being used by a right handed shooter. Personally I find using the same hand I cock the rifle with, to do the indexing, is much easier. Not doing it this way means that unless your "resting" hand is directly under the magazine, you are having to make an alternate distinct movement of both hands.

I've got one too, and I'm very happy with it. It's really well made, simple and reliable. I have the one which you move on the left, and find it easy to use.
