Also been using this Compact version of the Wildcat P8 mod

It is about the same size as the Reflex AR moderator, and works as well, I have used this on .223 and 22-250 it gives the same sort of signature as the larger P8 modles which isnt surprising although on the 22-250 the full length version does have the edge which isnt surprising, on the .223 its actually better than the fullsize model to my ears, must be something to do with amount of powder being burnt I reckon as .223 around 25grn and this particular 22-250 is using 41grn, however both calibres moderated comfortably

Usual modular build that the P8 is famous for, easy to strip and nothing to corrode as stainless and high grade alloys

Length 210mm and width 50mm so a handy compact, suited my 20 inch barreled .223 Thomson Encore perfectly

I've got the same on my .204.
Being on the .204 obviously makes it superior in every way I'm sure you'll agree :D

With a change in baffle stack at the end it also works well on my .243 - nearly as well as a full size PES.

I have the 'Styer' version of the P8 on my .223 which is somewhere in between the standard and the compact version and that too is excellent on a .223.

At Severnside range which is flat and nothing around for the sonic boom to echo off it was extraordinarily quiet. I had people standing behind asking what on earth I was shooting! :D

For comparison, Standard P8 on .243

That length looks about right on the T3
