Does the Air Arms EV2 Mk2 have anti tamper fitted?
I believe the new ones do.

Don't know if its legal to do so but i would consider getting it taken off if you want to stay legal. Its crazy, they introduce a device that can actually make us (the shooters) fall foul of the law because we've got no control over the power settings. How stupid was it to introduce it on an FT rifle where you may need to adjust with the changing seasons and the latest super pellets etc:mad:

I have a EV2 MK2 it did have ,it now does not.:)As in the cold it was so slow it was a waste of time to shoot in the wind.

Oh, it gets worse. Last weekend I was asked to 'adjust' an EV2 Mk.I. On inspection, it had an anti-tamper hammer spring adjuster, which had been retro' fitted the last time the rifle was serviced at the factory by Air Arms. Make of that, what you will. Regards .... Geek
