think awt make the rams, may be worth doing a search on line otherwise try blackpool air rifles.
pretty sure they sell the rams but unsure as to whether or not they will fit the hw35.

As above, I'm not sure there's one available for the HW35. Here's a link to BAR's aftermarket 'rams (http://airgunbuyer.com/Showproducts.asp?cat=Theoben%20Gas%20Rams&SubCat=Theoben%20Gas%20Rams).
IMO the money would be better spent on a tune up of the spring action, less troublesome and IMO much nicer to shoot.

Just my opinion...but don't bother with a gas ram conversion.
There have been quite a few threads recently on improving gas ram guns by FITTING A SPRING CONVERSION!! due to problems with the gas ram system.
Instead, go for a good tune by V-Mach or Sandwell Field Sports or similar. If you want to do the work yourself, you could go for a V-Mach kit (others will be available), or even just a bespoke spring/top hat and guide set will work wonders.
Didn't spot where you lived before replying, but if you look on the V-Mach site, you'll also find a list of recommended gunsmiths if you didn't want to do the work yourself, as Steve tends to get booked up one hell of a long time ahead.
Venoman, from the BBS, is one of those, and there are quite a few knowledgeable members with the workshop and skills who may offer to do the work for you.
