Ordered some items from them over the internet last night,including a new scope.Get a phone call today to make sure everything is right with my order and that it would not fit the rifle I had mentioned (putting on different rifle).Realised had ordered wrong mounts,no problem will supply higher mounts instead.Now thats what I call good customer relations,definetly recommend them to anybody and much easier to use their website to order items.TOP SHOP. :) :)

They sent me a scope that was £10 more than the one I ordered and when I let them know, they let me off the tenner. Nice one!

Yep exellent store, I ordered a HW45 a year or so ago and it arrived a couple of days late so they sent me 2 tins of pellets to make up for it :) .

Yep, have to agree, I've had two CO2 pistols from them and no probs.. except getting through on the 'phone to place the order in the first place:rolleyes: but the bloke at the other end does have a bit of a chat, which is refreshing, and, I guess it's worth waiting for a couple of minutes to get through to someone who knows what he's talking about.

Is it generally difficult to get through to JSR? I have been ringing constantly for days now and can only get the engaged tone. Is 870 727 4867 a free phone number or something? Sometimes they are not possible to reach from out side the country.
