Is the HW100S(porter) an ambi stock?

No, Right hand only :( , as far as I know the only ambi options are the 'T' stock (plank), 'T' stock modified by BAR or the Venom custom stock, which is a Maccari. or you could go for a LH Paul wilson if you are Cack handed like me.
