I have purchased 3 of these scopes so far and they a real good value for money.

Fully multi-coated Crystal Lens Systems. (Nice clear sharp view)

Usable mil-dots (which is a bonus as some better quality scopes mil-dots aren't IMO)

44mm diameter objective giving good light gathering, although I would recommend using a sun shade.

Nice Matt Black Anti-Glare Body Tube finish.

Posi-Grip BDC (Bullet Drop Compensating) turrets

A good range of focal powers.

1" / 25mm Tube. so if your purchasing a rapid no extra mounts required :p

When I get my boy is first gun ill be putting one on that too (well if they still make them that is :D )

Totally agree with you Mav,all my 3 fac air-rifles have varmint 11 and the 4th one which has a MTC 4-16x50 this the better out of all the scopes and in the futher I will replace all my other 3 with this brand of scope, maybe not the same modle but defo the same brand.

PS.I sent the hawke nite eye back due to a fault, asked for a replacement cause this is 2nd time back and topped the money up and got this one, nice very nice bit of scope.

but why not go for a Tasco Varmint for a lot cheaper! I have used both and find them equal in quality and performance
