Khales price check and opinions

Been offered this Khales 6x42.
I know it's rough but i have a project that will probably be painted green so it's not a problem.

Anybody have / had one and have an opinion ?
What's it worth as the seller is asking for offers rather than stating a price.

In that condition it would be worth £75 maximum to me. I know it should be worth more, but try selling it on in that state!
