Just want to introduce to U new scope brandt I've recently bought, and Im more than pleased with it.

First of all want to notice that I'm about to be scopeqalityholic :) And tryed almost all thats available for air rifles on the market including S&B new FT prototype

For a long time been lookin for good quality bugdet level priced (under 200 quid) optics, and all i could get was china made Nikko, Hawke etc. staff. no way thanks, eather keep waiting, or drink less beer, spare same cash and go to 300-400 level.

Finally this spring i've heart some gossips that our local polish distributor made a deal with one of finest japanese optics producer. Interesting??? gossips keep sayn that price level intends be more than acceptable.

Now after some time if wait for mildot version i have result in my hands and more than suprised with quality

Just imagine improved version of well known Weaver V16 scope, with much better glass coating and Mildot reticle. Airgunner Dream???? writinig with both hands: YES.

Those of U who knows B4200, Veawar, Lighstream clearence, brightness fuzzleness, knows what I'm talking about. We are talkin the same optics level for appr 170Ł new boxed with 3 years full warrranty. No china, all made in Japan.

One of our scopeholic and athusiasts (he's crazy enough to order >1000$ USO scope just to have fun of it) made a comparison with Nicon Monarch 6x62 and Zeiss Diavari 2.5-10x42T and result were astonishing :

mag 6x, tests were made after the sunset:

during sunset horison line was visible in all 3, with tendency to overbright the image. than after 30min Nikon gave up first, and 15min later both Delta and Zeiss lost visibilty almos simultaniously. Ubilieveble when talkin 4x more expencive scope with finest best in world T* coating.

Asked distributor whys its that cheap?? where's the trick??? answer came very quick: No third party included in the deal. No cash-hungry distributors included. Straight orders from manufactured. Thats the secret.

now some tech data:

mag: 4-16.
Objective 42mm
Adjustable Objective Range 8m to inf (16xmag)!!!!!
field of wiev 100 m: 8,7 – 2,3 m
Twilight performance :11,83 - 23,66

one piece 1" body: Aluminium -70%, copper – 20%, Steel – 10%
Fully Multi Coated
shockprof: 800G / 4000J

As pics talks more than words here we go: (sorry for quality, my idiot-camera is not able to do any better.)

As Tonio and Dean says it is the updated version of Weaver V16. Nice scope and the Mil Dots look a lot nicer than the ones on the V24.

It is quite interesting how there are new scopes appearing on the market and a lot of them are re-badged Weavers i.e Lightstream = Weaver Tactical, above scope = Weaver V16, is there any more like it? I believe all these scopes originate at Light Optical Works in Japan, but is Weaver disappearing from the market?

Hi Tonio

Thanks I certainly will.

However in the 1st instance I was merely inquiring as to whether you are a trader selling these scopes or a private individual doing a review?

Piotr Polak sends his regards

I must admit I am tempted as this scope offers a very good specification for the money. Let me think on it...
