A little request for help from the all knowing Airgun BBS.
Does anybody out there have any suggestions where I can get my ATN Aries mk390 Paladin Gen 1 scope repaired.
I bought this scope 3yrs ago on Gunbroker.com in the states at a fantastic price compared to what is being charged for them over here, but now I'm paying the price as the supplier says to take it back to the manufacturer, who in turn ignores all attempts to contact them.
the scope worked fine all last winter and I put it away,as the nights grew shorter,in its peli-case with the battery removed as recommended in the instructions.
5 months later the scope was refitted to the rifle and a new battery inserted....then another new battery inserted.... and still no image in the scope!
So if anybody has any ideas as to where I might get some help I would be eternally grateful,I am happy to pay whatever I have to as ay the moment my internet bargain is the most expensive paperweight I have ever bought.
TIA
Best Wishes
Mike

Hi Mike,

We do a lot of business with ATN and we're only just up the road in Ashford, Kent.

Drop me an e-mail and I'm sure we can get the scope fixed for you.

Cheers

I'm gonna be mighty impressed to see a Gen I unit repaired.

Other than a changing a power supply, there isn't a great deal that is "worth" doing. If the tube has gone/gone it'll need replacing. Not expensive in itself, but labour charges add up. These repairs are great idea if you can get the unit to someone who is familiar with what's inside.

I doubt anyone in the UK has been inside an ATN 390..... :(
