Hello,
This is my first ever reveiw so please be kind.....
Well it started of a few days ago when i was placing an order with BAR for a set of sling swivels and a sling. I thought to my self "whilst placing an order, is ther anything else i want?" (to save on postage). So i had a rummage through the website and cam across the Logun Cleaning Kit, i thought this could be a good investment (after reading a thread about barrel cleaning and how vital it is ment to be for accuracy).
So i order it aswell.
The very next day, true to their word, BAR deliverd the products to me. The packaging is always very good form here and has alot of bubble wrap so nothing gets damaged in transit.
Sure enough after fitting my sling and swivels, (if i say so myself, i made a very nice job of it :D ) i decided to have a go with the Logun Cleaning Kit.

It comes in a nice zip up case and is quite compact. You get a DVD inside wich expaines how to use and this kit on all sorts of guns. (The Patriotic American voice does get annoying after a while though :( )
In the kit itself, you get a nice non-memory strand of plastic coated wire stuff with brass conecters on each end. One end is a female thread to accept the brushed (both .177 and .22 supplied) and the other end has the appropriate fitting for the cloth patches (also supplied).

A second, strand of wire is in the kit, which can be joined to the other one via a small piece of threaded rod, should you need it for longer barrels (I didnt with the TX200HC). Two tubes of barrel solvent is also included.
So, i set the kit up with a cloth patch and push the plastic coat wire (PCW) down the barrel towards the Muzzle, leaving the patch end at the Breech.
I then add a couple of drops of bore solvent to the cloth as instructed on the DVD.

After one pull-through, the cloth looked like this.

Each cloth can be reversed and used again up to six times via different holes in the cloth so the gunk you remove does not deposit back into the barrel (quite impressive really).
This was the second pull-through, again adding a couple of drops of bore solvent.

This time i noticed the only flaw in the kit, the brass femail thread at the other end of the PCW can get a little stuck on the threaded part of my barrel (to accept a silencer). A quick wiggle and were back in bussiness!
And a third time.

By the fourth pull-through, the cloth was near enough clean.
As reccomended on the DVD i then added a new, fresh cloth patch and had another pull-through to remover any excess bore solvent. This cloth was then reversed and pulled through again with a single small drop of normal gun oil to protect the barrel.
Overall it took about 10 mins and the results are clear to see.
Well worth the money in my opnion and easy to use.
Thank you for reading,
Andrew.
