Is there anything on the market under £500 which is worth buying for close range pest/vermin control other than lamps etc? I know most scopes are very expensive as you would expect but wondered if any monoculars could be adapted for sighting through a normal scope?

If you get in there quickly, you will be able to get one of the new digital NV systems for this sort of money - they're only just coming on the market now, and for a short while are up at a promotional price. Look for the recent thread on NV equipment! :)

I'm reliably informed all the first batch has got homes. [Sold Out.] The next batch (and the continuous supply thereafter) will arrive 3-4 weeks later. There will also be more choice of digital sights coming too. ;)

There is an Airgun Add-On system available already for £499 that isn't digital, and I will send a PM about this.
