V8 line

Hi all this is the first time i have put a thread on this part of bbs.
I bought a nightvision scope from evilbay called V8 line it has a built in ir illuminator and it is a 2.5x50 scope and works ok in the dark but the problem i have is it dosent fit onto my cz452 even though i bought adaptors for the rails to me it just dosent seem to fit properly ive never used it out in the field on the rifle yet so you can imagine i want to ASAP i saw some on the deben web site but dont know if they will fit.

Please help anyone:confused:

When you say the adaptors don,t fit in what way ? .

The mounting rail will be a 'weaver type I expect. It measures 20mm across. You might check the adapter you have is this size.

The female adapter/clamp on the NV scope should close down to under 20mm. Again, check this.

You will also have to line up the bolts on the clamp to the slots on the adapter, or the clamp won't function correctly.

Hi guys ive just had a disaster!

I took off the nv totake off the adapters and the small soft metal allen screws that fix the adapters on wont turn so i screwed a bigger screw into it and the screw sheered off arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! so i had to hammer the adapter off but it scrached the weiver to hell but at least it is off so now i have to look at a new adapter.
so what do you guys think of an 1 piece adapter or will that inpede the bolt ect.
And have you heard of the nv i have got and how does it fair:)

I have the same nv scope as the one you have ,and it does the job just fine for me with the addition of a bigger IR . My friend has one too on his cz and i think he got a bsquare mount from deben ;)
