Clive,

The pics on your site show the V6 Line. Apart from the slight variation in appearance (V8 line ir illuminator length/silver band and groove before the objective lens) is there any difference in performance?

Don't know what you mean about V6 perhaps it's just the way the photos on our website have come out making the 8 look like a 6?

All our Gen 1 scopes are fitted with V8 image intensifiers (hence the marking on the S 2.5x50).

The physical differences you can see are just design revisions. The current production is as per our website.

As I've said before there are differences in these scopes, depending where you get them from. For the 'official' UK version we have very stringent QC policies and the factory know to send us only the very best or they will be rejected. Obviously the scopes we don't want do end up being sold elsewhere on the world market ;)
