Clive Ward where is my Illuminator

Last resort

I ordered a NV illuminator from NV scopes last Wednesday with next day delivery.
Next day no Illuminator so I give it another day.

Ring Clive on Monday, Twice on Tues, again on Wednesday each time I get told Clive is out, nice lady takes my Number tells me Clive will call me straight back. No Call

Email Clive first thing Wed, I get home No Reply. And still no Illuminator

So tell my son to ring and ask for Clive tell him he wants to buy 2 Gen2 scopes
Clive rings back in an hour.

So Clive were is my Illuminator and why not ring customers back in order they ring you. NOT in how profitable the call may be (You already have my money or am I being Cynical)....

i have to say i speak as i find and i have dealt with clive before and i have never had any problems with him

He has allways been very helpfull to me

i am sure he will sort it out for you m8

He is on here a lot so he will see this as soon as he comes on

I just need Clive Ward to get back to me and give a more professional service.

In total I have phoned and emailed him 6 times without a reply surely if he cannot give the service he is advertising.

Update

Clive has contacted me, apologised, told me that the Illuminator I ordered is out of stock and kindly offered me a ex demo Laser Illuminator worth over £200 as a repalcement delivered Specil Delivery tommorow.

Thank you Clive I am now a happy bunny.

I can now make some other bunnys very unhappy ;-)
