Yes, yesterday I finally took the plunge and bought a Merlin Gen 1 NV with a 90mw IR.
It arrived today and I cant wait for tomorrow night to try it for the first time. I must stress at this point how excellent the service is from Rob at Night Vision Supplies - Thanks Rob!! :)
So tomorrow I will try night vision for the first time ever and was just looking for a bit of advice.
How do you find your way around? i.e in pitch black do you constantly look through your scope to see where you can walk etc?
I dont think that it will or should but will the point of zero change with the NV attached?
Anyone reccomend a website that sell the needed batteries in bulk for a decent price?
Any other advice for a virgin NV user would also be greatly appreciated.
