My new LP5 arrived yesterday. It looks great!
It's HUGE too ! A stunning 45cm's long! You can fit 2 Tempests inside it!
Bút it's balance with 2 hands it's very good. It's not at all heavy/front heavy as you'd expect.
Blueing & finish look very good. NO play on the cocking lever.
No safety either.Frame/grip is plastic. Looks cheap maybe but functions very well.
Decocking is not possible, the trigger is blocked when the barrel is open.
Grip feels good sizewise, but 'chequering' can feel sharp when you squeeze the grip.
Trigger feels very good for a funpistol too: light let-off, without creep.
Good, adjustable, TruGlo sights.
It's VERY lively to shoot though, I even had trouble following the frontsight sometimes! Maybe a bit oversprung? But accuracy was VERY good for such a pistol. As to be expected I guess, with it's long line of sight. First shots with it already showed ragged holes at 5m (JSB Pistol Match). NO springtwang though, very nice. No weird cocking noises either. Cocking is very manageable but the front sight ís in the way.
It's very LOUD, didn't expect that, almost had to use earprotection.
+great looks
+good finish
+accurate
+good trigger
+good sights
+no springtwang and cockinglever play

-chequering can feel sharp
-decocking not possible
-very loud
-very lively to shoot
- you have to cock it to clean the barrel. Only tapping it open doesn't give enough room.
