hads anyone got a dipol d143? whats it like?
I had a Dipol D143 Pro, it is a fairly basic gen 1 unit. Saying that i found it was well suited to air rifle use, the onboard IR is not great and would benefit from an add on IR. I used mine on an S400 .22 as a dedicated NV rig, with which i had reasonably good success out to 30 yds max. If you can, try before you buy - you don't want to be seeing any white spots on the image.

do you think that £250 is too much to pay for a s/h one?

I would say around £200 would be fair.

thank you friend. are they any good? and will i come across any probs using this model?
£200 is what i paid for mine, they are a good NV scope as long as you don't expect too much from it. As i said in my other post, it was perfectly suited to air gun ranges.
