Probly one of the best rifles that you can get for £240 brand new

a good smooth bolt action on the mk2 but the mk1 has a strange stock which is a bit better on the mk2.

the magazine fitting is expensive but well worth it.

I can't find fault with my S200. It is really accurate, Deadly quite (with mod) very light, I get plenty of shots for hunting even in .177 (At least 40 from a 175 bar fill) easy to pump to 175bar. Plastic bolt handle needs replacing and trigger needed setting to a single stage to loose the creep, but now its excellent, shoots H&N FTTs, AA fields and Superdomes equally well. Puts Pellet on Pellet. I have had a Rapid and S10, but neither were any more accurate. (OK S10 was a lemon when I bought it...). Why spend double the money??? For hunting at 12ftlbs I don't think it can be beaten. I would have a Rapid or S10 in FAC......

just bought one lightweight accuracy spot on added 10 shot mag . after 5 mags in 177 needs refill of air easy to remember. you must insert slugs well into mag i use a empty 177hmr bullet case does it without damaging pellet yeh its not the best looking gun but does the job well for the price much quieter than rapid and you can put asling on it .and if you hate the stock as most people do theres always the option of gnib or scs stock ps got a 22 rapid and mk3 rt both good guns. but if your out all night lamping and your walking i no which id prefer or if you want night vision s200 very light .woudnt want to put it on my mk3 overall the only thing i can fault it on is looks but when you use it for hunting as i do this means nothing anyway the rabbits dont care if the stocks beech or gdade 5 walnut

Picked one from the Airgun Centre Rayleigh Essex, they took my HW77 in px at a very fair price (bare gun only), transferred my Bushnell sight, and sling, fitted an airarms silencer, tested the gun and arranged for air arms to send me the 10 shot mag.
Nice crew there and very helpfull, and they give free lifetime warranty and servicing (I saw this honoured to a customer while i was there).
Tried it this afternoon, it took a few shots to get used to how light it is! at last i can go shooting without arm ache after an hour!
Its very quiet and seems accurate.
The only thing i would add to it is, a brass bolt, that should finish the gun nicely.

you really must contact elmor fudd on this site, for straight, bent, smooth, knurled, brass, left, right or ally bolts. my sons is on order and the quality looks excellent. (what a bloody good plug that was!!)

Pretty nice rifles, quite an interesting look for a PCP too. I'm thinking of one because I'm in desperate need of a decent rifle, instead of rubbish that breaks down within a week, plus the price is manageable. My local club has one which is free for use, and they hold guest open days every Tuesday, so if anyone fancys trying the S200 out shoot me a PM, and I'll get you the address.

Is the s200 quiet straight out of the box or with an added silencer?
Cheers

You'll need a silencer if you want it quiet bud.

Nige :) It's very audible, you'll need something dedicated to keep it quiet if you want to hunt ;).

I received a few bits and pieces from Elmer a few days ago for my missus' S200 and the work is top grade and highly recommended :) The S200 is really transformed with a lick of paint and some brass "Bling"

i love the s200, its a nice light gun, very suitable for people of a smaller body frame and children. very good for the money. i dont like the plastic bolt that comes with it but that can be easily changed, and its quite square on the stock, but apart from that no problems at all. i was going to buy one myself but then found someone selling a s410 on here for a good price, absolutely love it!

I have been using my son's S200 for a couple of weeks as my AA is not very well. I've had a front stud fitted so I can attatch my harris bipod and I can honestly say it is a fantastic bit of kit. The scope is zeroed at a measured 35 meters and I have used it hunting 3 times now and it has made a very good account of itself. So much so that I'm thinking of getting another one.

Listen mate I'm 6 2" and 18 stone and mine fits me like a glove.I tried mine at bench rest 25 yards at the club last night just for a laugh as it had a 3x9 40 on it. I was so impressed I'm going to try it out with a x32 next time:)

Well I've had a bit of a play with it. I've put 200 pellets through it so far. Managed 1/2" groups of five at 17 meters with diopter sights. First impressions & review so far on the A.A.O.C website. Link below.
