Has them for the hodgdon powders.
(personally I wouldn't go below 70 grains for .243)

Try Steves Reloading pages, this guy has pretty well fired every rifle with different propellants and bullet weights - but always remember he may not have used his combinations in your make of rifle

Thank you gents for your help, it's much appreciated. I'm suprised that no one on this site hasn't loaded this bullet and calibre.
When I run out of 58 grain heads I will try the 55's

Ian.
I'll give bobd a ring in the morning. He's been using 55's in his .243, he says they are devastating.
No doubt he'll be in touch

Cheers Gary and Robin.
I was using factory Federal 55's as I had run out of 58 Vmax heads, now this doesn't seem right to me, but I had it shooting 1 inch at a 100 and it was 2 inches high at 200 yards, I could believe the bullet was still climbing. Next time I use them I will run them through (between:)) the chronograph.

Hello Ian, here is what I use. Varget 44.8 grains, Norma brass, good old Nosler 55`s and very importantly Remington 9 1/2 Large rifle primers (non Magnum). I found these primers worked the best in my Sako 75. The 55`s are really fast, flat and explosive, I predict they are about 4000fps but I will have to chrono to confirm. It is a messy round on old foxy but very effective. Its point and press out to 300 yds and at 400 there is very little hold over required.
Hope that helps.
