hi all,
havent done any reloading for the 243 yet and am presently using BLC2 for my CZ 223 with 55g vmax..no complaints..Thinking of using Vhit n135 for both calibers using bullets no heavier than 70 g for the 243..the VV load data from their website lists N 135 for both calibres..any comments ?? all opinions appreciated..only thinking of Vhita Vuori cos i can get it cheaper than BLC 2

I cant help you with 243 , but when I load .223 with heavier bullets [above 69 gn ] I use N140 as it is a slower burning powder , this is what I use for .308 as well . The lighter .223 bullets I use N135 without any problems . Dave

N135 is fine for the .223, I think you will find it to fast for the .243.
The .243 likes slower powders like N160 or N560 or Hogdon H414.

philong,
not a bad plan. I like N135, I've used it with 65 grain 243 bullets and 52/55 grain bullets in 223. N140 would work very well, too.
