This thing continues to amaze me.
Admittedly there are only 4 mags worth of usable power per charge.
Not sure exactly what makes it so easy to shoot well (thumbhole stock, trigger, balance)
Took it to a 47 yd range recently, and it was keyholing shots at that distance. It is so quick to reload with the sidelever. Puts out about 11.7 average ft lb consistently with JSBs and FTTs
I am pretty sure it is more accurate than my Mk3 FTR- bit of a shock!
Tried it at 70 yds, too. Suffice to say it was impressive.

Sat out tonight until dusk, with a Leupold EFR on top.
A few myxy rabbits to clear up. A very precise piece of kit indeed when shooting from a rest. They never even knew what happened, and no one heard a thing. Perfect.

I have had a couple of pcp air rifles and the HW100 has to be one of the best, does everything you could want an air rifle to do and more. I think she will be a keeper oh yes...;)

Try Weihrauch Magnums (10.2 gr) in them ... seem to be the most accurate for me so far after testing daystates, h&n ftt, and weihrauch fts pellets.

Hi Guy's, Picked mine up from local gunshop secondhand had 200 pellets through it, came with BSA Eccential scope which is supprisingly good, clear good light transmission and very useable mildot reticle. But do alot of night vermin so went for MTC Mamba. This thing is so easy to shoot it's scary, smooth as snake s**t action and mag design will be hard to beat, my only gripe if I must be ultra picky is the stock doent have enough hight in the comb. I will be keeping this and will have Ben Taylor breath his magic on it, then poss custom stock if I find one thats not going to add weight. All in all I think as an alround rifle will be very hard to beat. Just awaiting NV so even more effective talk about the VERMINATOR! Good shootin boy's Terry;)

Took my HW100 to FT club today and it was shot by everyone  but ME !!,famous (in WAFTA circles) Walther owner said it shot really good which is praise indeed as it cost less than the titanium mods to his Dominator. I honestly think it shoots better than my other FT gun a Mk3 . Would reccomend it to anyone and the engineering for the mag etc is amazing. Awaiting the BTAS work results to book mine in.

by a gunsmith he told that it was not imported by hull cartriges and
the term he used was its gray import i took it back and told the shop

well i own a hw100 sporter karbine and i think its the best gun out there , i have never had any problems with it touch wood . i used to have the hw100 sporter which i did love but my only gripe with it was the weight so after many hunting trips and a bad back to prove it i sadly decided to chop it in and i must say i must of gone through five or so pcp's but none of them felt as good as the old girl and i just could not get on with the thumb hole hw100 the hole for your thumb felt more like you could put your whole hand through it just wasnt right . anyways when old herman brought out the sporter karbine my dreams came true , the gun i love but lighter spot on 10/10 . like most here already said its a good all rounder my pb in h.f.t with this gun is 59 :rolleyes::)

Whenever I buy a rifle, I always get it chrono-ed in the shop with two different pellets and if either are between 11 and 11.5 (the heavy pellet for the latter) I'm happy.

sound advice unfortunely my local shop has not got a chrono
on site and has to send guns away to be tested but my gunsmith has evey thing you need to keep your guns sweet he is 30 miles
away but worth the trip my next hw100t will come from his shop
it will be a thumbhole as sporters do not do a L/H STOCK
and sadly for my sins i am a south paw apart the low power i
found the hw100t great work horse and if weihrauch decide to offer a
L/h K option of the sporter i will order one with out delay
p/s her indoors hate gun shops because i never come back empty

I picked up my KT .177 last week after struggling with the weight of my full length .22 version. Zeroed on wednesday, practiced on saturday and shot with her at CSFTA North Oxon on sunday. Very pleased with the results and the gauge shows about 135 after 40 shots. So I recon I'll push 6 mags before a refill..
