Just got back from an hour at the club.
Been using the above to teach a lady to shoot. Ideal gun, low weight, but bit noisey, silenced with a UK Neal silencer and adaptor, thanks Neal !

Its fitted with a tactical metal stock and blood wood grips, was featurd in a Phill Bulmer article in AGW a few years back. Because of the need to fit silencer, as lady was put off by muzzle blast i fiited a basic Crossman red dot sight and zeroed it using Air Arms Feild to 15 yards. Ok thats close but as lady will now hit target it will encourage her to practice more.

The gun has no real weight to it and points like the overgrown pistol it is (22 series - 2240 pistol, 2250 take down rifle, 2260 standard stocked rifle), at 15 yards it was hitting target time after time, it does eat the gas cylinders , but hey shes enjoying using it so resuilt!.

Dont dismiss the gun because with a bit of work they are top, . Can i thank Steve Darrel for the chance to own this prototype and Neal aka UK Neal for the top job on the silencer and adaptor. Totaly recomend this little gun as a short range plinker/close range rat rifle , grat fun enjoy.:):):)

i have just bought a chromed 2250b, and have to agree they are great, quite powerful as well for such a small package.

mine has the king rat catcher stock, its not very comfortable for me it digs in a little with no bottle on top.

looking to replace the plastic breech with a aftermarket one, then a silencer as they do crack off a bit.

teaching my 9 year old daughter to shoot with it, nice and light, triggers a little bit vague on mine, andd I dont like the open / truelite sights, cant wait to put a scope on it, it looks much better scoped up

i would like to convert mine to a folding stock or sliding stock
