Hi Everyone,

Just thought i post you the latest info on the New Huggett Silencer from Ben Taylor at BTAS in Cambridge. Well there are only certain words that can describe this piece of equipment... WOW, PERFECT

I recently bought a silencer for my my s510sl which was air arms tx 5585 new silencer with threaded end and yes it was quite quiet, but me not being satisfied with QUITE QUIET i went about after finding some interesting info from others who have tried the HUGGETT, but there wasn't much info floating around as it is so new.

So i thought id get in contact with Ben from BTAS and ask him some questions like " is it quieter then air arms, quieter than weihrauch and general blurb" He mentioned that a guy who had originally got a £200+ silencer on his rimfire has just bought 4 of them cus they are that good, and even better than a 200 quid silencer i could not believe it so had to check this out for myself.

Driving up there to Cambridge the other Saturday i could only think what is this new silencer is like, well when i arrived there i was shocked and speechless for a moment, design, looks, quality, everything about this silencer was in my eyes perfect.

Compairing the new weihrauch silencer which we all thought was even quieter than air arms and various others, but when i tried the HUGGETT out at Ben's factory was i in for the biggest surprise of my life.

The air arms silencer v weihrauch silencer yes proportionally quieter

Everyone that has posted just how good the Weihrauch is and others, Well you better start eating your words cus there's a NEW SUPER SILENCER on the market and it is seriously gonna turn some heads..........

There is i believe 2 models to choose from 1/2 inch standard internal thread, AA400 series with uni-fit attachment built in.

The Huggett Silencer it is almost silent and im not kidding anyone here, all you can hear is actually the pellet strike and a tiny background noise that if you wernt alert to it you wouldnt really notice its more like a quiet fart.

On the down side they are not cheap at £75.00 each but for the standard air arms s510 silencer for around £40 to £50 mark paying another £25 is well worth the money for the ultimate in quietness.

I will post some pics for you guys tomorrow....
