AA S410K or MKIII Sport

I'm looking into purchasing one of the above two rifle. Anyone have thought's as to which is the better of the two ?

You help would be appreciated !

AA410s are great guns for the money. But if you can afford a MK3 Sport then thats the one to go for. :cool:

A Merc is better than a Mondeo. the Mk3 is better than the 410. Doesn't make the Mondeo a bad car, and is better value for money.

you cant compare the two rifles!!!
there completly differant, however!

like your mondeos and merc scenario...one is loaded with goodies which are are all flash and look attractive! whilst the other is a practical rifle capable of the same deliverance as the other!

so it realy depends on what you want in the drive way, plus what you can afford to spend on the extras going wrong i.e: batteries, electronics!

do u really wanty a rifle going flat when ur out in th field let alone running out of air!

then again, you get what you pay for .......you confused yet!


if so stck with an AirArms

Air Arms/Mk3
Air Arms good basic rifle but very delicate, prone to magazine problems and poor blacking, also poor manufacturers service but cheap! Daystate far better build quality and customer service. All round a far better product but at a price. No contest. Mk3 every time.

I'd go for the no frills option?
just charge, fill the mag and shoot!
after all it was best brittish gun for 2 years on the trot.
My mate liked my gun so much he sold his Logun Mk11 and bought a 22 and a 177 410k

Cant comment on the Mk3, though a lot of people use them and do well. Going hunting? KISS, keep it simple and go for the Air Arms 410. Nice little rifle ;)

I've decided to go for for AA410K. Already have a S300 which has been great but wanted a bit of an upgrade.

I'm going with the principle of stick with what you know !

i own both of the afore mentioned guns, the 410 is superb but totally put in the shade by the far more expensive mk3, but if its field gun you want with no worries on scratching or knocking the gun go for the 410 its half the price and does the job very well indeed.
