Hi,
I'm new to this forum, and new to this modern world of air weapons!
I've had a BSA Airsporter since 1979, which has stayed locked away for years, only coming out for a play now and then.
Recently, though I've been bitten by the bug again and decided to see what is available these days.
BOY! Have things changed.
However, I'm rambling. After quite a bit of reading it looks as though PCPs are the way to go now. I've got to work to a budget, and within this budget two weapons seem to stand out:- The Air Arms S400 and the Prairie Falcon PF18(which I can get for the same price as the S400)
Does anyone have any experience of the two, and if so could you let me know your thoughts, please?
I ought to point out that I intend to use it for Squirrels, Rabbits, Rats, Magpies, etc. and for general plinking round my smallholding.
Thanks,
Tim
