Hi Ross,
You'll be more than welcome mate. If you make yourself known to one of the Bisley lads when you get there, or ask for me, we'll see if we can get you going round with an experienced shooter so's you can get a bit of advice along the way.
Alan.
Its in the diary. I'm in the same situation as Ross so I'll follow the same advice. I'll see if I can do a little arm twisting at NOFTC may get a car load or two to come down.

Thanks for that. Nice little course for my intro into FT. I quite like the sitting down instead of crawling in mud :)
Got quite a few of the long rangers with my 15 mag scope. Was the little crosswind that kept catching me out.
Cheers,
Simon.

Glad you enjoyed it Simon. :) That little cross wind is a bugger isn't it. :D

You certainly did very well with your HFT rig. You were hitting most of the distant ones (I must take some credit for the range finding though :D ) that me and my FT rig was failing to hit. Top shooting mate and I reckon you should seriously consider giving FT a go!
And thanks to Bisley for a very nice informal shoot. 45 yard standing indeed!!
Have a good old Christmas.

Myself and Barry would again like to thank all those that set the course up and those who participated in it.
Even seasoned FT'ers were missing silly targets, I personally found the standing and kneelers the hardest as I ket missing over the top or underneath. Think it was the fact they were as wide as a 40mm kill but only half the hieght.
Thanks again and roll on next year.

thanks bisley a really fun shoot. a special thanks to terry ord wo took me round he was brilliant help!!!! he also lent me a gun becaus he thought i would shoot better with his scope and he was correct even if it did mean i had to shoot right handed for the first time in my life:p :p
i got 27 on the ft part and 4 out of ten on the racks so i was happy with that for a wrong handed attempt well done bisley especially target 40:D

Thanks to everyone for making the effort to attend, and the appreciation shown here. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing shoot for all concerned. :)
I scraped a 40 all told, after my usual dismal display on the Rams @45yds.:o
Ross, 31 all in for a left-handed shooter, shooting right-handed is a damn fine effort mate.
Cheers,
Alan. :)

I managed a 35 with my hft rig (15 mag scope). Got most of the 50-55 yarders and missed some of the easier shots lol.
Was shot 40 that 35 yard or more reducer? That was nasty :) Paul who I was shooting with got that but I failed.

target 40 was a 10mm mini reducer i only heard of one other person who got it other than your shooting partner. you did well with a hft rig what gun was it the mk3 sports and bushnell trophy 5-15x40. thanks andy
It was pure luck :o I was missing standard kill zones at 40 yards plus quite regularly. I scored 39, dropping 4 on the kneeling/standing lanes and the rest on the normal kill zones at the longer ranges. Best miss of the day was at 25 yards when I turned the turret the wrong way and was a complete turn out.

Yeah MK3 Sports with Bushnell Legend 5-15x40. Only had the MK3 for a month and a bit but its definetly a lot better than my harrier x I had previously.

Simon.
