When i debadged my lanos I tried diesel and a rag, wasn't good for my hands! Heat it up with a hairdryer and attack with back to black or tyre shine, they'll cut right through it mate.

Do beware the daewoo badge on the boot is pinned. And that chevrolet badges are acceptable

Buy a can of decal adhesive remover if you can find some, works a treat and fast and next try the toffee wheels that the above posters were telling you about, will get it off in a couple of minutes without damage to your paintwork, most small body shops will have one in.

Ps I sell the remover but only in large cans sorry.

I rubbed the black gunky stuff off with my fingers on my Peugeot - worked a treat, apart from a couple of blisters! But I reckon this is the best method. If there are any tiny grains of muck on the outside of the black pad, using a plastic card will scratch the paintwork.

I then T-cut and polished and job was a good'un.

when i de-badged my corsa i just used a hair dryer to warm the gluey foamy stuff and then used a old club card form tescos to scrap it off, then used t-cut and polish to get rid of any tiny bits,

Hope this helps

Now you've de=badged your car you should tell your insurance company

I wouldn't put anything past those crooks to get out of a claim

Why remove the sticky foam off the Lanos? You've got the badge safely off, so just scrap the car now.
