That was a day and a half!

Fantastic, big thanks to Derek, Nick and all the guys at Horsham.

Smiling faces everywhere(not pretty I'll grant you, but smiling), really relaxed atmosphere plus a challenging course. My lad Callum who claims not to like competition, didn't seem to realise it was one! That speaks volumes, well done chaps, much appreciated.

Richard

I would like to thank all those that attended the shoot at Horsham today. Hope you all had a great time and enjoyed yourselves.

Special thanks to Richard Chase for the safety briefing, also to Gary and Sammi for giving up their time to give our members some valuable pointers.

I would personally like to thank all the Horsham team who put a lot of effort into making sure everything went smoothly

We are really looking forward to the next round where we can try and get of the bottom of the table!

Won't mention who won but Buxted came second, Oaks third and Horsham fourth

If you need to know more click on the link http://hrpc1.co.uk/News.aspx to see individual scores.

Congratulations to Richard Chase with the top score of 58. (We will have to make it a bit harder next time)

Well done all!!!

I could only make it for an hour or so, in between a hangover & rushing off for a big family lunch, but it was a great event. It's really nice to see HFT in Sussex taking off like it is, and there was a good turnout from all the 4 clubs. Well done to Horsham for putting the shoot & can't wait for the next one

Big thankyou to Horsham and Derek inparticular for hosting today. A lovely piece of woodland great weather and fantastic company.

Well done to Robin Brown , Mick Wood and Mark Adams from Buxted on what I think were personal bests and if it was open class only your scores would have secured it for us.

Also Nick Byford from The Oaks well shot mate your closing in on the old man and I reckon the bad back was only brought to everyones attention incase you beat him today although I did notice he might have been in pain as he couldn't manage to reset most of the ones he knocked over which was quite a few more than me.

Bankrobber what can I say are you the Ford secret weapon. The standing on your shooting partners pellets was a very devious ploy although Martin took it in good humour perhaps next time actually jumping up and down on them might work better.

Gary Cooper watched you in action today, you appeared to be working endlessly to help people to improve their shooting, a very big welldone to you.

Oh Gary the sparrow says hello. 25 nil wasn't it.
