Thumbs up A bonnie & clyde tune is top dog!!!!

I know Dave gets plenty of praise on here and rightly so but i just had to add my bit.

I got my HW80 back Fully fettled and am well happy
I have been a fan of Weihrauch springers for many years and have had a few but my first HW80 started my passion for this model. Over the years it got well used and not shown too much love but it delivered year in, year out with no problems what ever i chucked at it.Anyway i bought another brand new HW80 and sent it to Dave for the full monty. It came back today and is amazing, i though the 80 could not be bettered but how wrong i was

So smooth to cock, all the slight harshness and the grawnch of the compressing spring gone The effort to cock is noticably less too.
Shooting it is a joy as the action noise is a lot lot quieter and is no longer intrusive. The recoil has mellowed like a good wine or a Surfer Dude
It is much more forgiving but still has the spirit of a springer we all love!!!!

Even though it's not run in yet my groupings have improved enough for me to notice either that or the excitement has improved it!!!! It spits those Superdomes out with gusto but is within the legal non ticket limit.

If you are reading this Dave i would like to say a Massive thank you to you for doing a fantastic job for me you are in the league of the Master's for sure

Money well spent!!!!!

Thanks

Indeed all praise to Dave, his work is amazing. Now that Jay has helped him out people should not have the long waits to get their guns back.

Here is a review I did of my 98 that dave tuned.

Good stuff and nice to know that there are some really talented enthusiasts in the business ( I do know that Dave is a proper engineer but not sure if it is his full time job). Hopefully more business will come his way and boost things further. Would be good to have a 1-week turnaround time, I'm sure that business would rocket then.

I bought one of my Pro-Sports already tuned by him, and then got the other done as well. Took a while, but well worth it. Much nicer to shoot now.

Had a new performance kit (super glide i think it's called) fitted and internals played with, polished ect, Buttoning was done too and the trigger was played with to make it super slick, which it is!!!! Even the trigger lock cross button feels more positive and easier to flick off. I am so please with the end result that i asked Dave if he could do my Webley Eclipse for me

Dave did a full tune on the the wife's HW57, tried it this evening on our plinking range, everyone was impressed with it, they said it was the quietest springer they had come across. Very very smooth and no twang.
Thanks Dave for doing a good job.
