    Cheers thanks for the welcome!
Ok now for the daft question.. I loaned a hw 95 to a mate of mine (never again) it came back with a cracked stock and a bent barrel,I think the barrel was released during cocking. How easy is it to change the barrel and is there any other damage to look out for?
if i dont reply its not me being anti social, its just that the bells have gone and i'm on a shout.
    Thanks Jimmy.

Bits of finger or thumb in the breech. And dents in the underside of the stock where his head has repeatedly come into contact with it.

Hello. Hope you don't have much work to do

Hi Mate, I have read some entries on here about some shop that supplies HW spares, I can't answer any more of your questions because I am a newbie to, and lack the knowledge. Good Luck. ATB. Reeco

Barrels on hw springers are easy enough to change though they are a little pricey. Ceck the cocking shoe ( bit the cocking arm fits into) and have a look at the piston, though if its only happened once you should be alright.

    PS Welcome

Welcome to the BBS jimmy999. You can normally get spares for the HW95 from here but unfortunately the owner is ill and the shop is closed for now. Hopefully he will make a full recovery and reopen soon. John Knibbs here might have a spare barrel or you could put an ad in the wanted section. HTH.
