    Fair Price

A friend at work has a fwb sport. Its approx 20-25 years old.Mod no. 2or 3.I have not seen this gun,but am assured it is in good condition. Approx how much should he ask for it,not wanting a fortune just a sale.
I should with luck see it tomorrow.Hopefully not to expensive.

    Any ideas.

Im told that he got it cheap at the time[brand new] because it did not have the full sight[open] plus marks on the stock.Since then he has managed to put on the rear sight, without the adjustment[fwb or other not yet known] Plus a rubbish scope[his words]

In first class condition with it's own iron sights I would have said £180.

The rubbish scope you can ignore. If the stock is reasonable and the gun feels smooth working the action, the lock up is tight and the blueing O.K
    pay a maximum of £140.

If you get it for less you've not done bad.

Maccari does a very good spring kit for them for about £50.
    Hope this helps.

Hi Zteve(?) welcome to the BBS. I suggest you look through these threads (it's a search of the archive for 'Feinwerkbau' to get an idea of price, but just as importantly what to look out for in terms of weak points. They seem to go for between about £120 and £180 depending on condition.

You should fill in your profile by going to User CP also.
