    aftermarket stocks's

    does anyone know where i can get an aftermarket stock tat looks more conventional for an s200 ? maby even a lefty one ?

    you'll probably pay more than the initial purchase price. You'd be better selling the 200 and getting a 400 mate

    Send it to Lash13 (Lee ash) on here-he does a superb paintjob /alteration on the stock

    Macarri does a one piece stock for the S200 but at a guess it will require a lot of work to finish it.

    Alternatively you could ask Paul Wilson.

    hhmm that pw looks cool , dont mind finishing it myself if i had time id give it a go trying to make one .

    I have just started a thumbhole stock to fit a s200
    it's for a young lad I know

    if you look on the picture trail below it will look something like the maple stock

    it takes about forty hours
    I only use a table mounted router for the inletting
    then it's all down to hand tools, and elbow grease

    i dont think i have the time to make one ...... but i wouldnt mind finishing one

    Hi Allan,

    could you let me know how much for an AA S400 stock please. TH, not too fussed about the wood as long as it's a good finish (I'd rather have a great beech than a skanky walnut).

    id be interested to know how much it would cost for the s200 too

    give me a month to finish this s200 stock
    and I will know exactly how long it take, to work out a price
    once finished I will post up the pictures for everybody to see
