Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.
Bolts straight on with no problems .King ratty bolt is better than standard ratty 1,screwed not glued together .
Nice long scope grooves .Scope mounts very solidly .
The barrel slides a long way back into the breech if you added another grub screw you could probably free float the barrel .
Heres a pic of my ratty with kingratty breech . Its got longer probe + stainless bolt handle
Thasnk Nutshot, so I should get the new bolt as well as the breech if I go this route ?

You can use what ever bolt you like .
The standard king ratty has the same length probe as a normal ratty .It has a steel bolt handle which screws into the probe rather than being all brass and pressed/glued together .
The kingratty bolt is better cos it doesn`t drop to bits .
If you need a kingratty bolt I have a spare as I have fitted the longer probe and stainless handle to mine.
Thanks mate, ordered 2 x breeches and bolts, about £25 the lot
Couse use another bolt though for the 1377, will email you tonight
