how many --useable-- shots do you get out of your reggd s410, i guess its the classic modal, asking cus im quite interested in getting a fac one!!thanks for any info m8.

S410 xtra. Highly accurate, lovely feel
Forget the rest when you go FAC.
A mk2 rapid .22, have the 19in HW barrel fitted by ben taylor and get him to have the rifle running at 34 ftlb with bis mags, reged you should get around 72 full power shots with awsome power and accuracy, beast of a rifle m8, trust me I should know I've got one.
Yep, i will go along with the mk2 rapid, just got mine back from Ben an its shooting sweet as a nut at 30ft lb

I have a Ben Taylored MFR, .22, it's fitted with a 16 inch barrel, because I like the balance and shorter length.
Running at 28 ft/lb, with JSB's, I get 4 mag fulls, 48 shots per fill, this is from a 280cc bottle, It's plenty of shots for vermin control.
Very consistent and accurate, not too heavy either.

how well do the mk3's shoot at FAC and what power do they go up to. also has anyone got a rws 500, air ranger or air wolf at FAC power. how well do these shoot. what about super10's at FAC level. worth it or not?
cheers

For me the Taylored Mk 2 Rapid .22 running at around 30 ft lb is ther way to go. I have used a Rapid at higher power levels but don't see the advantage so stick to the sweetly running smoothness of 30 ft lb. I alternate between 16 grain AA Field, 18grain Exterminators and 21.4grain BisMags depending what I have to do.
I admit to being quite keen to try the Air Wolf running at 40 ft lb!

what about a carrear up to 80 fp adjustable 10 shot very accurate
My Sport runs very sweet @ 28ft/lb with awsome accuracy. The Air Wolf is the next development on from the Mk3 with slightly different valving and a longer barrel which is capable of lots more power and many more shots.Originally Posted by bunny_blaster
If you like your Mk3 then either would be a very pleasing choice.
I also have a BT regged MK1 rapid a very good effective gun and does the job, I just prefer my MK3.
Short Stroked Venom Tomahawk !
I use MKI Rapid with BT reg and porting, 19 inch LW barrel, AWT silencer, running at 28ftlb with JSBs good for over 80 shots, an excellent vermin control tool, as is the MKI with adjustable power and of course the MKII
I am shortly going to be using a FAC BT Cyclone so I somehow imagine that will do the business too
The Air Wolf? (the one with electronic trigger and buddy bottle) from Daystate is getting a big thumbs up from people I know that have them in FAC too as is the MK3 Sporter so you are spoilt for choice

What are the views on the FAC Carrear? And how about the .25 version?Originally Posted by PHIL200
